Terms of Service

1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and İmera Dijital Tasarım ve Yazılım, a sole proprietorship registered in Istanbul, Türkiye ("WolfPanel", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the WolfPanel website, account area, control panel and server agent (together, the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm that you may bind that company, and "you" means the company.
The Service is intended for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
2. The Service
WolfPanel is a control panel for servers that you own or rent from a third party. You install our agent on your server; the agent connects to our platform and carries out the actions you or your team request.
- Your server stays yours. We do not provide, host or rent servers. You remain responsible for your server, its provider contract, its operating system, its data and everything that runs on it.
- Actions you request are carried out on your server. Some actions change or remove configuration, files, certificates, services or data. You are responsible for reviewing an action before you confirm it, and for keeping your own backups.
- We may change the Service. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is a core part of your paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
3. Accounts and workspaces
- You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including by team members and collaborators you invite.
- Each account has at least one workspace. Each workspace has its own plan, billing period and servers.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaches these Terms, puts the Service or other customers at risk, or is used unlawfully. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
4. Plans, billing and payment
- Plans and limits. Plans, prices, included servers, domains, users and add-ons are shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Limits are applied per workspace or per account as described there.
- Merchant of record. Purchases are made through Polar Software, Inc. ("Polar"), which acts as our reseller and merchant of record. Polar processes your payment, charges applicable taxes and issues receipts and invoices. Polar's buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
- Prices exclude tax. Tax is added at checkout based on your billing country.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (monthly or yearly) at the price shown at checkout, plus tax, until cancelled. You can cancel online at any time from the billing page. For yearly plans we email you a reminder before each renewal.
- Changes. Upgrades and added units take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the period. Downgrades and removed units take effect at the end of the current period.
- Price changes. We may change prices for new purchases. Your existing subscription keeps its price for as long as it stays active.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, the workspace enters a grace period. If payment is still outstanding when the grace period ends, the workspace becomes read-only until payment is made. We never delete your server's data or send commands to your server because of non-payment.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- manage servers or systems you are not authorised to manage;
- host, distribute or facilitate malware, phishing, spam, illegal content or content that infringes others' rights;
- attack, probe or disrupt other systems, including ours;
- reverse engineer, resell or provide the Service to third parties, except to your own clients as permitted by your plan;
- circumvent plan limits, security controls or usage restrictions.
You are responsible for the content and services running on your servers, including content managed through WolfPanel.
7. Your data
You keep all rights to your data. You give us the rights we need to operate the Service for you, for example to store server inventory, metrics, logs and settings, and to transmit commands to your agent. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Our intellectual property
The Service, including the software, agent, design and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it during your subscription under these Terms.
9. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we offer no service level agreement unless agreed in writing. Support is provided by ticket and email at support@wolfpanel.net.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We are not responsible for your server provider, your server's operating system or software, or third-party services you connect, such as DNS providers or Git hosts.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business;
- our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in that period.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for gross negligence or intent.
12. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from content or services on your servers, or from your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscriptions at any time. You can ask us at any time to delete your account and its panel data; see the Privacy Policy. Your servers keep running; you may remove the agent at any time.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the account area at least 30 days before they apply. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anadolu) have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence still apply.
